1. Definitions
In this Act, unless the context indicates otherwise"the Act" means the Limpopo Province Arts and Culture Council Act, 2000 (Act No. 6 of 2000).2. Validation of acts
All lawful acts performed or transactions made in terms of the Act are hereby validated with effect from the date on which the Act was published.3. Short title
