I, Mmamoloko Kubayi, Minister of Justice and Constitution D evelopment, hereby, in terms of section 55A (1)(b) of the Criminal Law (Sexual Offences and Related Matters) Amendment Act, 2007 (Act No. 32 of 2007), in consultation with the Chief Justice and after consultation with the National Director of Public Prosecution, designate, for the Regional Divisions mentioned under Column "A" of the attached Schedule, places mentioned under Column "B" of such Schedule for the establishment of sexual offences courts.Signed at Johannesburg on this the 13 day of October Two Thousand and Twenty-Five.
