Transfer of the Administration, Powers and Functions of the Land and Agricultural Development Bank Act (15 of 2002), in terms of section 97 of the Constitution: Minister of Agriculture, 2008

Proclamation 28 of 2008

In terms of section 97 of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa, 1996, I hereby transfer the administration and any power or function entrusted to the Minister responsible for agriculture by the Land and Agricultural Development Bank Act, 2002 (Act 15 of 2002) to the Minister of Finance.
