Attorney – misconduct – failure of co-director to ensure accounting
records and trust account properly maintained – appropriate order – suspension or removal from roll – matter referred back to the court a quo for oral evidence on when the appellant first became aware of the misappropriation of trust funds by her husband and co-director.
