For how long does the LSSA discount apply?
Your discount requires a valid practice number, and applies only for the first twelve months after you activate your subscription for the first time.I already have a free My LawLibrary account, what will happen to it?
Your existing account is supported under our free subscription plan. To access premium features, you will need to upgrade to a paid subscription.When do I pay for the subscription?
You can subscribe on a monthly basis.Can I upgrade to a higher subscription plan?
You can upgrade to a high subscription plan at any point in the billing cycle. Your subscription fee will be pro-rated for the remainder of the current billing cycle, and the full fee will be charged for subsequent billing cycles.Can I downgrade to a lower subscription plan?
You can downgrade to a lower subscription plan only from the start of the next billing cycle. You can start the downgrade process at any point during the billing cycle, but the change will only be applied at the start of the next billing cycle.What happens to my saved documents, folders and search alerts if I downgrade my subscription?
Some subscription plans have restrictions on the number of saved documents, folders and search alerts you are allowed. If your subscription changes to a plan where you have more saved items than allowed in that plan, some items will be lost. The oldest items will be discarded to bring your account within the limits for the plan.
For example, if you have 10 saved documents and your new subscription plan only allows 3, then the oldest 7 saved documents will be removed from your account.
