Excecution - Judgments of Court of a Province prior to Union - Execution in another Province - S.A. Act of 1910, secs.112, 114

By virtue of secs.112 and 116 of the South Africa Act of 1910, a writ of execution may be issued in any Province of the Union on a judgment given in another Province prior to the Union in the same way as if the judgment had been one of a Provincial Division of the Supreme Court.
