Case summary

"Compensation" in the phrase "admitted his liability to pay compensation" in sec.20 of Act 36 of 1907 only applies to compensation under secs.17 and 19.

In computing the time of six months within which action for compensation must be brought, under sec.20 of Act 36 of 1907, the clay of the injury, death or admission respectively must be includecl, and the last day available for action is the day prececling the corresponding calendar day.

In a summons for compensation under Act 36 of 1907 the worcl workman need not be used provided that all the essentials which constitute a workman are set forth.
