When a plaintiff in one action sues two defendants who are entitled to be represented separately, and each defendant is represented by separate attorneys, the fact that the same counsel is briefed separately liy these attorneys is immaterial on taxation, and counsel's fees should be taxed as if each defendant had been represented by separate counsel.
