Asiatic - Registration - Failure to produce Certificate - Penalty - Act 36 of 1908, secs.9 and 18

An Asiatic who is convicted of failing to produce a certificate of registration, in contravention of sec.9 of Act 36 of 1908, is liable to the punishment provided by sec.18, as well as to be deported.
