Attorney-Striking off roll -Costs.-Payment of Reinstatenient.

Case summary

An attorney who has been struclt off the roll with costs
or has been ordered to pay the costs of other incidental
applications is not entitled to apply for reinstatement
until he has paid all such costs, or until the Court has, in view of exceptional circumstances, absolved him from such liability. (Lambert vs. Incorporated
Law Society (1910, T.P. 1293) and Bukes
vs. Incorporated Law Society (1911, T.P.D., 13th
June, not reported) approved of.)
