Where land with improvements is expropriated the
COURT will not, in term.s of sec. 7 of Ordinance 20
of 1903, appoint a valautor to determine the amount
of compensation payable where the address of the.
person entitled to the compensation is Known, even
though such person be resident outside the Transvaal.
