Advocate.-Admission.-Practice in one Province Admission
in Transvaal -Oath.-Proclamation 14 of 1902, sec. 10.-South Africa Act, 1909.

Case summary

Notwithstanding the provisions of the South Africa Act,
1909, an advocate practising in a Province of the
Union who desires to practise in the Transvaal must,
in terms of sec.10 of Proclamation 14 of 1902, be
admitted and sworn in the Supreme Court of the
Transvaal.
