After paying in full all the claims with the exception of
one proved against an insolvent estate thme still renwined
property registered in the insolvent's name.
Tim Court granted an application for rehabilitation,
which was opposed by the creditor who had not been
paid but protected the rights of such creditor by
giving him lea·ve to enforce his claim, within a
fixed period, as if there had been no rehabilitation.
