In magistrate's court proceedings the attorney for the plaintiff is entitled to reply both on the law and on facts to the arguments of defendant's attorney. Where a magistrate had refused to allow the plaintiff's attorney to reply on the facts, Held, to be such an irregularity as,entitled plaintiff to have the proceedings
set aside.
