Preamble
The Municipal Manager of the City of Johannesburg Metropolitan Municipality hereby, in terms of section 13(a) of the Local Government Municipal Systems Act, 2000 (Act No. 32 of 2000), publishes the Cemeteries and Crematoria By-laws for the City of Johannesburg Metropolitan Municipality as approved by its Council, as set out hereunder.Chapter 1
