1. Definitions
In this Act, unless the context otherwise indicates, a meaning ascribed to any word or phrase in the House of Traditional Leaders for the Province of North-West Act, 1994, (Act 12 of 1994), shall bear the same meaning.2. Remuneration of members of the House
There shall be paid out of and as a charge against the Provincial Revenue Fund to a member such monies as the Premier in consultation with the Member of the Executive Council responsible for Finance may, subject to any recommendation made in terms of section 207 (2) of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa Act, 1993 (Act 200 of 1993), from time to time determine, including but not conclusive to:-3. This Act shall be called the Remuneration of Members of the House of Traditional Leaders for the Province of the North-West Act, 1995 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1 April 1995.History of this document
