Work and Labour - Duty of Architect.- Supervision - Want of Bonae Fides - Fraud

Case summary

If an architect's attention is drawn by his employer to the fact that materials are being used which are not according to the contract and he knows that that is so and deliberately passes the work, there is a want of bonae fides on his part which renders him guilty of fraud and disentitles him to recover remuneration on the contract.
