Contract - Formation - Acceptance - More Formal Agreement to be Drawn Up - Lease - Letters - lntention

 

Case summary

The fact that letters between certain persons refer to the intention of such persons to execute a written lease does not prevent such letters constituting a contract independently of such lease. But in order that they should constitute a contract they must contain all the terms of the contract either by recital in themselves or reference to sorne other arrangement.
