Where creditors have contributed towards the costs of the insolvency, the Court, as a general rule, makes rehabilitation conditional on the insolvent refunding such costs, but may depart from such rule under special circumstances, e.g., where imposing the condition probably would result in the insolvent never beirig rehabilitated.
