Mines and Minerals.-Gold Law.-Proclamation of Public Diggings.-Power of Governor to withdraw Notice.- Act 35 of 1908, sec. 30.

The Governor-General, prior tn the operation of a notice published in the Gazette, notifying that certain proclaimed land will be open to pegging on a certain date, under sec. 30 of Act 35 of 1908, can withdraw any of such land from pegging by publishing a notice to that effect in the Gazette.
