Where the sequestration of the private estate of a partner by a priyate creditor was opposed by partnership creditors on the ground that the private creditor would obtain no benefit from the sequestration, which would merely hamper them in enforcing their claims, Held, that the private creditor was nevertheless
entitled to an order of sequestration.
