Case summary

Where a statute provided that every male person who " aids and abets or is a party to the commission of any act of gross indecency with another male person" was guilty of an offence, Held, that a male person who had committed an act of gross indecency with another male person against the lattar's consent had been rightly convicted of contravening the statute.
