Ex Parte: Turrfontein Estates Limited [1914] ZATPD 47 (24 April 1914)

Registration of deeds.-Township.-Amendment of general plan-Act 25 of 1909, sec. 14 (3).-Amendment of Certificate of Township Title and of Deed of transfer.

Where an order had been granted for the elimination of certain areas from the general plan of two townships laid out upon a farm held under deed of transfer by the township owners, the Court granted a further order authorising the Registrar of Deeds to al]lend the deed of transfer and the certificates af township title under Act 25 of 1909 so as to show that the areas eliminated were thenceforth held as portion of the farm under thesaid deed of transfer.
