Case summary
The Court authorised a husband and wife to execute, and the Registrar of Deeds to register within one month from date, a notarial contract recording that the marriage was intended to have been without community of property or profit and loss and was subject to the laws of England as the then matrimonial domicile. The contract to be without prejudice to the rights of creditors whose claims accrued prior to the date of registration and without prejudice to the defence of either of the parties to such claims.
