Rule of Court 92 as to notice of appeals from a judge in chambers, does not apply to appeals from a judge who purports to sit in chambers in the Witwatersrand Local Division and notice of such appeal must be given within twenty-one days in terms of section 33 of Proclamation 14 of 1902.
