Costs - Taxation - Counsel's Fees - Number of Counsel - Taxing Master's Discretion.

Case summary

It is within the Taxing-Master's discretion to allow or disallow the fees of two counsel on taxation, and the Court will not interfere with his decision, unless it is clear that he has not exercised a wise discretion.

In exercising his discretion, a Taxing-Master should consider the length of the case, its importance and intricacy, and the points of law involved.
