Husband and Wife - Divorce - Bars - Collusion - Intervention by Third Person - Jurisdiction - Domicile - Proof by of Want of Jurisdiction Third Person

Case summary

The Court will not grant leave to a third person to intervene in divorce proceedings merely for the purpose of proving that the action is collusive, but will allow a third person to place before the Court any facts which are material, to show that the Court has no jurisdiction, on the ground that the husband is domiciled outside its jurisdiction.
