Where a husband with the object of instituting nullity proceedings against his wife whom he alleged to be insane applied for the appointment of a curator ad litem to her, and it appeared that she had not been declared insane but was being confined in a Lunatic
Asylum by virtue of Procl.36 of 1902.Held, that the application should be refused, and the applicant left to institute ordinary lunacy inquiry proceedings.
