Under Proclamation 14 of 1902, sec.29, the Witwatersrand Local Division has no jurisdiction to transfer an action which it has no jurisdiction to hear.

The Witwatersrand Local Division has no jurisdiction to entertain an action for restitution of conjugal rights when the husband is domiciled, and has deserted his wife, in the Transvaal, but outside the Witwatersrand District.
