Sec.63 of Act 31 of 1909 giving shareholders power to requisition meetings applies to companies registered prior to its enactment.

When shareholders, acting under sec.63 of Act 31 of 1909 wish to convene a meeting, the notice convening the meeting must contain sufficient particulars to show the shareholders clearly what the objects of the meeting are.
