Citizenship – whether the Minister of Home Affairs’ decision taken in terms of s 8(1) of the South African Citizenship Act 88 of 1995 to deprive the appellant of his citizenship was reasonable and rational – certificate of naturalisation was fraudulently obtained on basis of marriage that was not bona fide – concealment of material facts.
