Negligence -Contributory negligence.-Rule of the
road.

A person is not bound to keep on the proper side of the
road, but, if he does not, he must use more care and
keep a better look out, than if he were on his proper
side.

The question of contributory negligence discussed in
connection with an accident caused by a collision
between two cyclists approaching each other, the one
on the right side, and the other on the wrong side of
the road.
