Case summary

The power of the Court to issue a commission de _bene
esse under sec. 208 of Ordinance l of 1903, should
be exercised very sparingly. Such a commission
should only issue in cases where the Court is convinced
that no possible prejudice can be caused to
to the Crown or to the accused.
