Conveyancer.-Transfer.-Lien for Exspenses.-Act 25 of 1909, sec. 43 .

A conveyancer, engaged to effect transfer of land, is entitled to a lien on all documents, prepared by him in connection with such transfer, for all expenses usefnlly incurred in making transfer possible, as well as for the costs of preparing such documents; and such lien is not limited to conveyancers' fees taxable under sec. 43 of Act 25 of 1909.
