The registration, under sec. 198 of Act 31 of 1909, of the
name and address of a person in the Transvaal authorised to accept service of process on behalf of a
foreign company does riot in itself constitute such
addnss as the place of residence or business of the,
company within the meaning of Prod. 21 of 1902,.
