Case summary

Where the requisite schedule~ of the debtor's affai1's had
lain at the Master's Office for inspection for 14 days,
but the published notices of intention to surrender
had contained a mistake as to the date from which
the said schedules had so lain and the cteditors had
not been prejudiced thereby, the Court accepted the
surrender of the debtor's estate as insolvent.
