A messenger attached certain mealies belonging. to B, leaving B in charge of same.C removed some of the mealies against the will of B, and B applied for a
spoliation order against C. Held, that B was the proper person to institute the proceedings, that the removal amounted to spoliation, and that the order should be granted.
