The. Court, under sec 97 of the Ctiminal procedure Code, has a discretion to admit persons to bail who have seen committed 'for high treason, and that discretion has not been taken away by sec. 7 ·of Act 11 ot 1915.
The exercise of such discretion depends. upon the merits of each particular case.
