Negotiorum gestor -Wife.-Ratification by husband.

The doctrine of negotiorum gestor does not apply where a husband refuses to ratify what his wife has done in regard to his assets during his absence. Bemble: If the husband has been absent for a long time and necessity compels
the wife to ccmtract she should apply to a Judge for the necessary authority.
