Insolvency Law. - Culpable insolvency - Adequate and proper books.-Addresses of debtors and creditors.- Law 13 of 1895, sec. 147 (b).

Case summary

Before an insolvent can be said to have kept "adequate and proper books " within the meaning of sec. 147 (b) of Law 13 of 1895 his books must accurately reflect the nature of his transactions and give the names and addresses of his debtors and creditors.
