Case summary

Wlhen a case has been concluded in the magistrate's court everything which relates to the appeal are costs in the Supreme Court and cannot be taxed in themagistrate's court. Where in connection with lower court proceedings more than a quarter of the attorney and client bill was taxed off, Held, that under sec. 15 Law 12 of 1899 the attorney was not entitled to charge any costs connected with the drawing of the bill of costs and the attendance upon taxation.
