Where an assistant in a Kaffir eating-house was charged with contravening sec. 4 (1) of Transvaal Ord. 1 of 1914, and it was shown that the manager was on and
had control of the premises at the time of the alleged offence, Held, that the assistant was not the " occupier " of the premises within the meaning of sec. 2 of the Ordinance .
