Corporation.-Universitas .-What is.-Trade Union.Action against Unincorporated Association.

Case summary

An association, unincorporated at law, cannot be sued and an action does not lie against the members of its executive in their official capacity.
A trade union which has no perpetual succession and is not entitled to own inimovable pmperty apart from its members is not an universitas, and cannot be sued as such either directly or through the members of its executive as such.
