No person shall, without the consent of the Registrar, apply to his or her business a name which includes the words "medical scheme" or any other name which is calculated to indicate, or is likely to lead persons to believe that he or she carries on the business of a medical scheme, unless such business is registered under this Act.21A. The Registrar, if he or she is of the opinion that any document furnished in terms of section 37 does not comply with any of the provisions of this Act or does not correctly reflect the revenue and expenditure or financial position, as the case may be, of that medical scheme, may reject the document in question, and in that event—Chapter 8

Every document which purports to have been duly certified by the Registrar to be a document deposited at his or her office under this Act, or to be a copy of such a document, shall prima facie be deemed to be such a document, or a copy thereof, and every such copy shall be admissible as evidence in a court of law as if it were the original document.41.
