Case summary

A notarial deed of separation was made an order of court on motion with the consent of the respondent. Van der Hove v. Van der
Hove ([1902] T.S. 317) followed. An extra filing fee is not required on documents executed for use in the Court and to be cancelled by the registrar, and the fee of office required by Ordinance 10 of 1903 need not be cancelled till the document is used.
