Ex parte: Special Investigating Unit and Another ; In re: Special Investigating Unit and Another v CRRC E-Loco Supply (Pty) Ltd and Others (GP17/2021) [2021] ZAST 17 (31 August 2021)

The Special Tribunal (Tribunal) was asked to interdict the CRRC E-Logo Supply (Pty) Ltd, the applicant (CRRC) from dealing with the relevant property and funds held in the bank accounts identified (Bank Accounts). The Tribunal was also asked to interdict the second, third and fourth respondents (the Banks) from effecting any instructions from CRRC in respect of the Bank Accounts.
